UNICEF in Kosovo is seeking for an Institutional consultancy for development Child Rights Monitoring Portal.

UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) Wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for the development of the Child Rights Monitoring and reporting portal comprised of narrative reporting and the child data dashboard for progress monitoring and reporting on the situation of children and youth in Kosovo.

• The interested companies (institutions) should prepare their proposal in line with attached pdf document (download document).
• Deadline for submission: 28.11.2022 by 13:00 o’clock.
• Offers received after the set deadline will be disqualified.
• Financial proposal must be exclusive of VAT and other applicable indirect taxes
• All correspondence, notifications, and requests for clarifications in relation to this RFQ shall be sent to UNICEF Pristina e-mail: prishtina@unicef.org.
• Offer are to be submitted via sealed envelopes at UNICEF Prishtina, to the following address:
