Reporting to: Project Manager Job Type: Full Time

SPEEEX LLC is looking for a full time TRAINER / Supervisor (1) and SUPERVISOR / Team Lead (1) to support the implementation and conduct of its application processing project related to south-eastern Europe countries. Responsibilities include; coordinating project activities, supporting the delivery of trainings for the employees, monitoring, schedule preparation, shift planning, reporting and evaluating.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree preferably in economics & management
  • Experience in training for non-formal education
  • Good organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Liaise with the Project Management team in providing information for the production and distribution of Management reports (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly) including the collection and collation of footfall data.
  • Provide continuous training to the employees.
  • Ensure all Project files, records etch are kept in an orderly manner.
  • Ensure project quality through monitoring.
  • Manages shift planning and attendance of the employees.
  • Evaluates employee performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Language Requirements
  • Fluent in Albanian & English
  • Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Serbian language knowledge is considered an advantage.
