As the fastest and most comfortable loan provider IuteCredit Kosovo, daughter company of IuteCredit Europe AS, is looking for:

Senior Partner Relationship Officer

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Partner Sales and Relation;
  • Set strategy and targets of Partners;
  • Set strategy and targets of PRM team;
  • Manage PRM team and KPIs;
  • Recruit, manage relations and increase communication with important partners;
  • Identify weakness of the products and recommend new changes on product parameters;
  • Identify sales obstacles in processes and recommend new changes / simplifications;
  • Monitoring competition;
  • Analyze withdrawn, reject and approval rate;
  • Sales proposals and opportunities;
  • Partner after sales;
  • Develop and increase the point of sales number;
  • Reporting Weekly/ monthly for the Partner sales and results, actions, and sales progress and KPIs;
  • Coaching and supporting all Partner Relationship Managers in their daily work;
  • Ensure implementation of approved monthly/yearly business plan for each of team members;
  • Ensure proper appearance IC brand in POS;
  • Ensure Mystery Shopping actions, according to plan;
  • Manage Co promo activities and marketing campaign with Partners;
  • SPRO is a middle level of management position and reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Experience and knowledge required:

  • Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management or Business Administration
  • At least 5-10 years of working experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, preferably working in the position of a Senior Sales Manager;
  • You must also have a proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation, while displaying exceptional leadership skills and confidence;
  • Excellent communication and negation skills and ability to persuade;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Reporting skills;
