King ICT is a regional system integrator established in 1998 as part of M San Group. For our office in Prishtina (Kosovo) we are announcing vacancy for position:

Public procurement specialist

We expect our candidate to:

  • Follow all published procurement adds regarding public procurement as well as ones of local and international organizations
  • Collect information on potential procurements
  • Have previous experience in the process of IT public procurement in Kosovo
  • Analyze tender specifications and requirements, identifying most appropriate solutions and products
  • Prepare offers
  • Make calculations with analysis of expenses
  • Process purchase requests and actively participate during project realization
  • Cooperate with teams from all King ICT regional offices
  • Be dedicated, persistent and result driven
  • Communicate with vendors/distributors professionally, openly and on regular bases
  • Continuously upgrade its knowledge and level of autonomy in business processes
  • Fulfil reports due to management’s needs
  • Be willing to go the extra mile, meet demanding deadlines and be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Actively use oral and written English language in business communication. Knowledge of Croatian language will be considered as an advantage.


  • Analysis of tender documentation, technical specification and criteria
  • Preparing complete set of documents necessary for submission of offer
  • Following companies rule book during preparation
  • Creating time plan synchronized with the activities
  • Keeping precise up-to-date evidence of all active tenders, their phases and deadlines accordingly
  • Development of personal competencies
  • Preparing report on weekly and monthly activities


Education: IT, technical, economy
Degree: MBA (minimum completed high school)
Experience: minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in IT industry
Languages:  English (Croatian is an advantage)
IT literacy: Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
Drivers license: B category
