Consultancy Firm services for MEL consulting services for USAID/Kosovo Inclusive Economic Engagement Activity

USAID/Kosovo Inclusive Economic Engagement Activity (KEEIA) is a five-year project implemented by Community Development Fund (CDF) and its project partners Gap Institute, and Kosovo Business Support Center (BSCK) through cooperative agreement No. 72016722CA00002.

The Activity aims at providing Women and Minority business with assistance in the form of targeted and need-based support, and support them becoming more resilient, integrated, and becomes beacons of Kosovo’s economic recovery.

The Community Development Fund /KIEEA Program now invites all eligible companies to submit their Technical and Financial Proposals to provide the following services: for Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Consulting Services for the USAID/Kosovo Inclusive Economic Activity.

The consulting company will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection method and procedures described in this RFP, in accordance with the CDF Procurement Procedures and USAID Standard Provision, “USAID Eligibility Rules for Procurement of Commodities and Services.”

An RFP in English may be requested by the interested Consultancy Firms upon submitting of a request at the following email address (feride@kcdf.org).

Technical and financial proposals in presented form in Data Sheet of the tender package should be send to the email address: feride@kcdf.org or not later on the date 08.11.2022 at 16:00hrs.

Bids shall be valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of submission. Late bids will be rejected and not considered for the evaluation.
